It was this that led to the establishment of JOWA as the bakery for MIGROS, back in 1931. Today, JOWA has 8 regional bakeries in Switzerland, 2 pasta factories, a durum wheat mill in Wildegg/AG, 2 bakeries outside Switzerland and a total of 90 in-house bakeries all over Switzerland. |
